Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I pick up my items? You may pick up your items on Saturday March 6th, 2021 at the west end of Jackson High School between 9am-12pm. If you need to make other pick up arrangements contact Erin Slater at [email protected]

2. Why is there an option at check out to pay fees? GiveSmart charges Jackson High School a small percentage on each credit card purchase. By choosing to pay the fee, you are making a donation to the scholarship program in the full amount you intended.

3. What happens if I share my user link with a friend? Each link is unique to you. If you share the link with others and they bid on an item it will be charged to your account at the end of the event.

4. When does the silent auction open and close? The silent auction will open for early bidding on Friday February 26, 2021 at 5pm. The bidding will remain open until the conclusion of our main event on March 5, 2021 at 7pm. Winners will be notified via text after 7pm that night.

5. Why isn't there a live portion of the auction for the premier items like in the past? This is an unusual year and the committee had to make the tough choice to forgo the live bidding portion of our event. Attendees can expect the premier items to open for early bidding on Wednesday March 3, 2021 at 5pm. These items are valued at $500 or more. The items will be open for bidding until the end of our event. Winners will be contacted via text.
